Hottest Christmas presents for your boyfriend.

Hello:

            Yes it's the dreaded shopping season again! And, of course, this brings up the age old question "What should I get my boyfriend for Christmas"? Well this year we're going to make shopping for your boyfriend a breeze! Here's how we're going to do it;

                                              Start Here

                Whether you choose to shop online or store-to-store you need to know what you're looking for. So begin with a piece of paper and begin brainstorming!
     Start with cost. Consider what you can reasonably afford without going over budget. Then decide how much he can afford. choose a price range.
     Now it's time to consider his interests. Things like; hobbies, work, and what you usually do on dates can be helpful.

     Once you have an idea of what he likes and how much it can cost, you're ready to choose the type of gift you would like to purchase. There are several categories to choose from.

               1. Accessories- these are things like Jewelry, Watches, or Sun glasses and Hats.

               2. Cloths- in addition to the obvious, consider specialty cloths like Running Shoes, or Hunting Jackets, Sports Items are good too.

               3. Electronics- these can be anything from a Big Screen T.V. to Smart phones, to the latest Video Games.

               4. Fitness and Sports- here you have a lot of flexibility. These can be anything from Exercise Bikes to Weights, to Footballs. Another idea (especially if money is tight) is to look at sports and fitness related Accessories. Things like Posters, Coffee Cups, or Tickets To The Game!

               5. Auto Accessories- you're probable not going to buy him a new car, so do the next best! Look for anything that makes his 'ride' better. A New Paint Job would be nice but probably cost prohibited. But what about a Vibrating Heated  Seat Cushion? Or maybe some of His Favorite Music for that long commute? Even Driving Gloves, or  Sun Glasses would be nice!

              6. Tools- tools are more than just Power Drills and Hammers. Tools are for Autos, like Wrenches, Meters, or a Flashlight. Sports tools might include a Bike Tool, or Pedometer. Then there's the B.B.Q.! B.B.Q.'s need Rotisseries, Aprons, and maybe a cookbook! Whether he's a "Do-It-Yourself-er, or an Outdoors-man, Hunter or Fisherman the possibilities are almost endless!

                                              A Couple of Tips

     As you can see, there are so many choices! Here's a couple of tips to help you decide:

          Consider how intimate your relationship is, including how long you've known each other. If you've been together for 5 years or more, a little splurge is fine. But if you just met 6 months ago a big screen T.V. just makes you look like a sugar mama! And please don't make it a competition! Do not buy him something so expensive he can't respond in kind, and don't get an engagement ring without consulting him first!

     Another thing to consider is:can you live with the gift? If you hate video games don't get him another one, or if you just can't stand sports don't get him season tickets! Got it? Good. Now go out there and have some fun shopping!

                    I hope this article has helped you out. After all, Shopping should be fun not drudgery! And Please don't go overboard. I don't want you to regret the holidays for the rest of the year! So be careful out there, and Happy Holidays!
